CJSC “KDB Bank Uzbekistan” announces the contest on projecting of re-designing and reconstruction of administrative and commercial center to Head Office of CJSC “KDB Bank Uzbekistan

Scope of work:

1.Full set of construction documents for all sections with the subsequent approval and reconciliation in relevant authorities (on a turnkey basis);

2. The interior design of CJSC “KDB Bank Uzbekistan” in the place of visitors service on the first floor and main premiseswith an indication of the volume by type of materials and reference to the manufacturers or importers of these materials and indication of current prices for materials (on a turnkey basis);

3.Architectural supervision during the construction and installation works for their full compliance with the approved project and design of Head Office of CJSC "KDB Bank Uzbekistan (on a turnkey basis);

4. Consulting on selection of Construction Company.

Preference will be given to the design and planning companies with experience in the designing and planning of bank.

Term of projecting - 3 months. Finance source - own funds.

1. Location: 3, Bukhoro str., Mirabad district, Tashkent city
2. Total area: 6437 m²;

built-up area: 997,9 m ²;

constructing volume: 28266 m³

1. Floors: 1 underground floor, 5 floors above the ground;
2. Construction: reinforced concrete.

Applying companies and organizations shall meet the following requirements:

1.Working capital of not less than 10% of the contract value of the tender or bank guarantee for the provision of these funds;

2. Material and technical basis, human resources and experts (provide manning table) required to perform work (services);

3. Experience in the projecting and designing of similar objects, have general experience in the projecting and designing not less than three objects for total amount of 350,000,000 UZS (approximately 150,000 USD);

4. All the necessary licenses, certificates and permits for projecting in the territory of Republic of Uzbekistan or cooperation agreement with a company having necessary licenses, certificates and permits;

5. Financial statements for the last 2013 year.
